I am the author of 'Love Starvation' a short read on how to identify if the relationships you have are not fulfilling and how to have healthy, victorious ones.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) so I offer individual Clinical Supervision to those looking to obtain Clinical Licensure in the state of Indiana. And any other clinicians who would like 'staff cases' to obtain clinical options and suggestions for treatment.

This is a book specific to those who are challenged to lose weight not because you don't have willpower, but we carry our feelings, often related to trauma, in our body. Join me on the journey to releasing pounds and pain.  Let's life in victorious health.
